Optimal conditions setting up for very cold temperatures overnight. Clear skies, weakening winds, and snow pack will allow for efficient radiational cooling. We have lowered the overnight lows as temperatures are falling a bit faster than previously forecasted. Even though winds are weakening, we will still have dangerously cold wind chills overnight as well.
