One school board has cancelled their meetings scheduled for tonight, while another board will be holding theirs.
Indiana Area School District has cancelled both its Policy and Personnel Committee meeting and the regular school board meeting that would have followed. The next meetings that are scheduled are for Indiana School District will be held on February 21st, and they will be the Outreach Committee and the Buildings, Grounds and Transportation Committee Meeting.
Meanwhile, the Purchase Line School Board will meet tonight. Along with the hiring of long term substitutes, a new high school office secretary, the board will look to approve the ARIN intermediate unit’s operating budget of $3,323,887. Purchase Line’s share is $25,283. The board will also consider the 2022-2023 proposed school calendar and a change to this year’s calendar to reflect a snow day being used on January 17th. The day is set to be made up on June 3rd.
