The first police call of the year for Indiana Borough Police was for a violation of the borough’s noise ordinance.
Officers were called out at 12:41 this morning to a home in the 100 block of North 2nd Street as callers complained of loud music coming from the home. Police cited 23-year-old Joshua Smith with a borough code violation.
