Jeff Capel’s Pitt Panthers have been in “Park” for quite a while, but they finally put it into “Drive” today against California.
The Panthers will play the final nineteen games of their season within the ACC, starting with the Golden Bears at the Petersen Events Center this afternoon. Cal comes into the game at 7-5 while Pitt is 10-2. Airtime is 1:30 with tipoff at 2 on WCCS.
Pitt played only four games in December, the last of them a blowout win over Sam Houston State on December 21st. They will play three times over seven days, following up today’s game with Stanford on Saturday at The Pete, then on Tuesday at Duke.
