A Heilwood man was charged with drinking while on duty at a restaurant in November.
Troopers from the Punxsutawney Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement say 67-year-old Lisle James Wilson was charged with consuming alcoholic beverages while bartending at Ma & Pa’s, located along Route 553 in Heilwood, on November 16th around 6:10 p.m. The charges stem from “an administrative investigation” that took place on the same day. Details regarding the investigation were not released.
Charges against Wilson were filed through District Judge Christopher Welch’s office.
