Wide receiver George Pickens, defensive lineman Larry Ogunjobi, and safety DeShon Elliott all missed practice again yesterday, casting more doubt on whether or not any or all three can play against the Eagles in Philadelphia on Sunday.
They could certainly use Ogunjobi as the first line of defense against the Eagles’ Saquon Barkley, the NFL’s leading rusher.
Defensive captain Cam Heyward says Barkley makes the splashy plays, but the game will come down to who wins the battle up front.
Heyward says the Eagles’ offensive line is a great unit.
All of the points were scored on field goals last night as the Rams beat the 49ers 12-6. LA’s Josh Karty kicked four field goals, including three in a row in the 4th quarter, none of which was more than 29 yards long.
