Pirates broadcaster and former player Neil Walker gave the keynote address at Tuesday’s Indiana County Chamber of Commerce Meeting at the Indiana Country Club.

Topics ranged from his time in the major leagues to transitioning from playing baseball to being a color commentator for the Pirates broadcast teams. Walker talked about what he hoped those in attendance would take away from his remarks.
Also during the meeting, the chamber announced that Laurie Kuzneski would become the new chairperson of the chamber at the start of the new year. She becomes the first woman to be named to the position in chamber history.

Kuzneski has served on the chamber board for many years, including the last two as vice-president and two years prior to that as the board secretary.
