In high school basketball, the Homer-Center boys defeated Summit Academy, 68-61, on Saturday. Angelo Alexander led the way with 25 points, while Max Voyda added 17 and Nash Budner scored 12.
Homer-Center is 2-1 and will visit United on Wednesday, looking for their first Heritage Conference win of the season.
