On National Signing Day yesterday, IUP collected nineteen recruits, eighteen of them from Pennsylvania and one from Delaware. Thirteen of the nineteen are defensive players…four on the defensive line, two linebackers, and six defensive backs. On offense, there are four linemen, a tight end, and two wide receivers.
