State representative Jim Struzzi has officially announced that he will run for a third term in office.
Struzzi represents the 62nd district in the state house, and said that while he has accomplished much in his time in office, there are still several issues that he wants to continue to work on.
Struzzi, a resident of White Township, was first elected to the state house in 2018, taking over for Dave Reed, who announced that he would not run for re-election. Since then, Struzzi has introduced 17 pieces of legislation, co-sponsored 217 other bills, handled over 3000 concerns that were brought to his office, and has served on the PennVEST board of directors and on several key House Committees. Prior to his time in the state house, Struzzi was president of the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce and was the community relations coordinator for PennDOT District 10.
