State police say an investigation is underway into allegations of child pornography against a former Indiana man.
Court documents show Eric Palmer of Indiana, who is now serving as the director of the Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center, was arraigned in front of District Judge Tony Sottile on Friday on 10 counts of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communications facility, all of which were graded as a third-degree felony.
While details on the incident are not available, GACTC officials released a statement saying they are taking the allegations against Palmer seriously and the school will fully cooperate with any investigation. Nicole Zernick was named interim Executive Director shortly after.
He is due for a preliminary hearing on December 5, also in front of Judge Sottile.
