HERITAGE CONFERENCE GIRLS
For the second time in three nights, the United girls topped Marion Center, this time by a score of 52-39. United came on strong after trailing 21-16, at the half. The Lions were still down two after three quarters, but they pulled away for the win with a 21-6 fourth quarter.
Mollee Fry and Lauren Donelson both scored 8 points in the final period. Fry finished with 20 points and Donelson with 15. For Marion Center, Lydia Miller had a triple double, with 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 steals. Kaelee Elkin had 10 points.
The Purchase Line/West Shamokin boys game scheduled last night game was postponed.
