Pittsburgh Steelers Safety DeShon Elliot returned to practice yesterday after sitting out Thursday’s session with a back injury. He is expected to be cleared for play Monday Night when the Steelers take on the New York Giants. While Elliot was a limited participant, Keeanu Benton was a full participant after seeing limited action on Thursday as he nursed a calf injury. The Steelers practice once more Saturday, after which the team will assign statuses to play against New York.
Rookie receiver Roman Wilson remains out of practice because of a hamstring injury. Outside linebacker Nick Herbig and center Zach Frazier have been ruled out by coach Mike Tomlin. Monday night’s game starts at 6:00 with the Pregame show Monday night on WDAD.
