To be eligible to vote, you must be at least 18 years of age, a citizen of the U.S. for at least a month before election day, a resident of Pennsylvania and the voting precinct you are registering in for at least 30 days before the election. If you recently moved, you can change your voter registration information online through the PA Voting and Elections website.
If you want to register in-person at the county Voter Registration Office, it is open from 8:30 to 4:00 today.
Voters can also request a mail-in ballot online, in-person or by mail at the Voter Registration Office. The last day to request a mail-in ballot is October 29th. Mail-in ballots must be received by the Voter Registration Office by 8:00 PM on Election Day, November 5th. If you want to drop the ballot off at the courthouse, a Drop Box is available from 8-4 Monday through Friday in the courthouse lobby. The lobby will also be open on November 2nd from 10 AM to 1 PM and from 8 AM to 8 PM on Election Day.
