The IUP Crimson Hawks snapped a three-game losing streak to Fairmont State with a 74-59 win over the Falcons last night at the KCAC.
The Falcons had been averaging nearly 90 points a game. IUP lead, 31-29, at the half but opened up an 18-point lead at 7:05 of the second half.
Anthony Glover topped the scoring with 24 points, including 9 of 9 at the foul line, where IUP was 26 of 31. Malik Miller tallied 14 points off the bench and Cobo Diaz added a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
Fairmont State shot just 32% for the game.
IUP is now 8-4, while Fairmont State drops to 7-4.
