Former Homer-Center standout Meegan Williams earned more conference honors this week. The freshman outside hitter was named Presidents Athletic Conference Newcomer of the Week for the second time this season after helping the Saint Vincent Bearcats to two wins over Mount Aloysius and Bethany last week.
Williams totaled 21 kills, 39 digs and four aces while compiling a .217 hit percentage. She also recorded two double-doubles in each game, recording 11 kills and 21 digs against the Mounties, and 10 kills and 18 digs against Bethany.
Indiana High grad Alex Ball was named to the PAC Newcomer Honor Roll.
