A preliminary hearing is set today for a Clarksburg woman charged with attempted homicide for an incident on August 8th.
60-year-old Mary Elizabeth Stuller faces charges connected with an incident where state police say she hit a man in the head with a blunt object during a domestic disturbance. After the victim fell to the ground, Stuller allegedly continued to hit the man and stabbed him. He suffered significant injuries in the incident.
On top of attempted homicide, she is charged with attempted aggravated assault with extreme indifference. This marks the third attempt at a preliminary hearing before District Judge Christopher Welch as the other hearings were continued.
