On Wednesday night, Clymer Borough Council tabled a motion concerning vacation requests during their regular monthly meeting.
On the agenda was a policy concerning the procedure to request vacation time, according to Borough Manager Sonya Schrenkel.
Councilman John Buterbaugh had some concerns, saying he wanted more detail in the policy, especially in when vacation time needed to be scheduled by. Councilman Jeff Gromley called for the policy to be tabled so that it could be discussed further at their next committee meeting, which will be January 19th. The policy will come up for a vote again on February 2nd at the next regular Clymer Borough Council meeting.
