IUP Women’s Tennis will host a 24-hour tennis event starting at 9 AM tomorrow to raise money for Hunter Smith, who works with the women’s tennis program and had surgery on Tuesday at UPMC Shadyside for a recently-diagnosed brain tumor.
For 24 hours, at least two people will be rallying at all times, with Coach Andrew McGlashen taking over between 1 and 4 AM. All levels are welcomed to join and rackets will be provided. You can email coach McGlashen at amcglash@iup.edu to let him know you will be there. Bracelets have also been made, which you can purchase from the coaches office in the KCAC operating on an honors system.
