The Penguins lost to the Sabres, 7-3, in their preseason opener in Buffalo on Saturday, but they’ll get another chance against them tomorrow night at PPG Paints Area. Playing mostly minor league and junior players, the Pens gave up five goals in the second period to fall away from a veteran Sabres lineup. Jesse Puljujarvi had all three Penguins goals.
Coach Mike Sullivan has adjusted the Penguins’ practice schedule today. Team One will be on the FedEx Rink at the UPMC Mario Lemieux Sports Complex and Team Two will be on the Covestro Rink, both from 10 AM to 11:30.
