Matt Frazier sent the Fisher Cats to the loser’s column with a walk-off homer in the bottom of the 10th to win 7-5 Friday night at PNG Field.
After New Hampshire quickly went ahead in the top of the tenth inning against Grant Ford, but the Curve used a wild pitch and a walk to put men at the corners with one out when Fraizer lifted a high fly ball down the right field line off Anders Tolhurst to earn the win. This marks the eighth walk-off this season and the first six-game series win since July 30th.
Altoona continues their series with New Hampshire tonight. Anthony Solometo is slated to start the game for Altoona, with RHP Abdiel Mendoza slated to start for the Fisher Cats.
