One person was arrested following an incident in Center Township that spanned several weeks.
State police say they responded to 2447 Luciousboro Road around 3:22 p.m. on August 21st for a report of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a theft investigation where someone stole antique U.S. currency valued at $37,000 and Marion Center Bank checks.
A 37-year-old man from Homer City was reportedly arrested during the incident, however, troopers did not release their name, or any charges associated with it. An investigation is on-going.
Criminal charges are pending following an incident in West Wheatfield Township. State police were dispatched to assist EMS personnel with a 32-year-old man experiencing a drug-induced episode within a wooded area along Gamble Road shortly before 5 p.m. The man, who was not named, was found to be under the influence and in possession of suspected heroin.
