Prior to the marching bands taking the stage at the Indiana County Fair on Tuesday, Indiana Area Superintendent Rob Heinrich was announced as the winner for the annual Kiss-A-Pig Contest, benefitting the Evergreen After School Club.
Heinrich got to kiss Toby after raising $6,855.22 through his campaign. He was grateful for all the donations, including the aforementioned 22 cents.
Heinrich also said he was grateful to give back to the After School Club as they prioritize helping area families.
Ann-Marie Everett and Brad Holuta came in second place while Jason Beatty came in third.
Renda Media’s Jake Slebodnick was among the competitors and he said he was glad to help raise money for the After School Club.
