PennDOT says the bridge carrying South Water Street over Cowanshannock Creek in Rural Valley, Armstrong County will reopen later this week.
Crews have been working on the bridge between the intersections of Routes 85 and 2006 since late July, but they plan to reopen the bridge this Saturday, August 10th. The $953,000 project is expected to be completed in November.
