Former IUP men’s basketball star Ethan Porterfield has signed to play pro ball in Europe. He will join Randers Cimbria, which plays in Basketligaen (English translation: “The Basketball League”), the top league in Denmark.
Randers announced the signing on its social media account.
Porterfield is a three-time All-PSAC selection who finished his IUP career as the school’s second-highest scoring men’s basketball player, first in field goals made, fifth in three-point field goals, third in rebounding, second in blocks, and tied for third in career games.
He will begin his pro career in Denmark next month.
