On the agenda for Indiana County’s Court of Common Pleas is a post-sentence motion hearing for a Smicksburg man who pleaded guilty to statutory sexual assault.
Court documents show that 35-year-old Jonathan Miller was accused of sexually assaulting a girl three times in the summer of 2012 in incidents at the victim’s home, a barn at the victim’s home and in a wooded area nearby. After pleading guilty to statutory sexual assault in March of last year, he was sentenced to 9 months to a day less than two years in Indiana County Jail along with two years of probation.
