First Commonwealth Bank has announced some of the activities as part of America Saves Week.
The week runs from April 6th to the 10th, and the theme this year is “Saving for your Past, Present and Future”. It will focus on several important topics including saving for emergencies or unexpected expenses, leveraging automatic savings, retirement and debt reduction. First Commonwealth Financial Education Coordinator Anna Frank said in a statement that with many people still feeling the impacts of inflation, rising costs and interest rates, “this national conversation is timely and needed.”
As part of the weeklong event, the institution will host two online community savings webinars on Monday at Noon and Tuesday at 6:00 PM.
