The Pirates are back on the field today, resuming a three-game series against the New York Mets.
Iin their last meeting, the Mets chased Paul Skenes off the mound in the first inning, sinking the pirates on opening day 11-7. Skenes gave up five runs, and was pulled after just 37 pitches and two outs.
