Pennsylvania State Police in Marienville are investigating the theft of a homemade cannon reported stolen March 23 from a residence along Maple Drive in Clarion County.
Police said a 64-year-old Leeper man told troopers the red, white and blue cannon, weighing an estimated 200 to 300 pounds, was taken from his front yard.
The item is valued at about $200. The investigation is ongoing.
