Indiana borough police have filed DUI charges for an incident on January 1st in the 700 block of Maple Street.
Officers were sent to there at 3:21 in the morning for a report of a vehicle with a flat tire. The driver, identified as 24-year-old Damien Seward, Jr. of Indiana, was found to be intoxicated to the point that he was unsafe to drive, and he was taken into custody and released to a sober adult. Charges of DUI and driving on a suspended license were filed after the investigation wrapped up.
