A Jeannette man says he was the victim of excessive force when police served a search warrant on his home last year.
Police were investigating a hit-and-run accident that ended with the death of a man who had been struck while riding an e-bike in Hempfield. Another person has been charged in the accident but James Grady was charged with resisting arrest after a search of his home in August.
Grady argued in court yesterday for the dismissal of that charge.
