Police in Blairsville Borough are investigating a trespassing case at a skills games facility.
Officers were sent out at 1:30 in the morning on March 10th to Bob’s Games along East Market Street and found 66-year-old Thomas Mock of Blairsville. The owner of the facility said he tried to get Mock to leave when Mock punched him in the face. He also reportedly resisted arrest when police took him into custody.
Mock faces charges of criminal trespass, simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned in front of District Judge Robert Bell and sent to Indiana County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is set for March 18th.
