Tuesday night, the White Township Planning Commission gave preliminary approval to the Rustic Ridge Housing Development.
The revised plan presented to the board by developers reduced the number of available lots from 30 to 28. Code Enforcement Officer Jonathan Major said the reduction was meant to help the property meet setback requirements.
Conditions for final approval of the subdivision include a final site plan, erosion control permitting, sewage and stormwater plans.
The commission also gave preliminary approval for a subdivision of the Lubold property on Oakland Avenue. This is meant to separate the future Chick-Fil-A from the other parts of the property. It will be divided into five parcels. Final approval will come with a completed sewer plan.
