A Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off ticket purchased in Armstrong County turns out to have been a grand prize winner.
The ticket in the lottery’s Million Dollars a Year for Life game was sold at a BP in Freeport Borough.
The winner has one year in which to claim their prize.
