An Indiana man charged with sexually assaulting a child is due in court today for a preliminary hearing.
Court documents show 33-year-old Brandon Eckles faces multiple aggravated indecent assault charges along with three counts of indecent assault and a single count of corruption of minors for an investigation that started November 12th of last year. Indiana Borough Police said Eckles had sexually abused a child starting when the victim was 11 and continued for two years. He was taken into custody on January 30th and has been in Indiana County Jail since then as he failed to post $100,000 cash bail.
His hearing is before District Judge Anthony Sottile this afternoon.
