Both IUP basketball teams are nationally-ranked this week as they head into an important doubleheader tonight at Cal U. The 23-1 IUP women are number five in the nation and the 20-4 men reenter the poll at number 24.
The women can clinch the PSAC West with a win at 11-17 Cal tonight. The men can clinch a first round bye if they can beat Cal tonight and Gannon on Saturday.
The Atlantic Region’s first numerical rankings will be released today. Airtime for tonight’s action on 92.5 FM U92 is at 5:15.
