The Indiana Area school board will meet on Monday with an agenda of mostly routine school business, including personnel, conferences and field trips. The meeting will be preceded by a work session of the Audit & Finance Committee and a session of the Buildings, Grounds, & Transportation Committee. Among the items to be discussed are a rating downgrade from Standard & Poor’s, the district budget projection, the capital reserve and capital projects funds, the solar project, upgrades to the Mass Alert Systems at the Senior High, Junior High, and East Pike buildings, and the resurfacing of the track at the Senior High.
The Marion Center and River Valley school boards and the Joint Operating Committee of ICTC will all be meeting on Tuesday.
