Few details are available on a crash last night that closed off a portion of Wayne Avenue in White Township.
State Police Public Information Officer Trooper Cliff Greenfield said that the crash was reported around 5:00 PM at the intersection of Wayne Avenue and Stutzman Road. Indiana Fire Association and Citizen’s Ambulance joined troopers on scene. Troopers said two vehicles were involved, and two people were hurt. They were taken to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. The road was closed as crews from the Troop A Forensic Services and CARS units investigated the scene.
While the investigation is on-going, more information is expected to be released later today.
