A 17-year-old Punxsutawney boy escaped injury in a single-vehicle crash that left his SUV disabled along Kachmar Road in North Mahoning Township, state police said.
Troopers with Pennsylvania State Police reported the driver lost control while negotiating a curve Feb. 1, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway, strike an embankment and hit several trees. The teen was wearing a seat belt and was not hurt, police said.
The vehicle was towed from the scene, and the driver was cited for failing to drive within a marked lane.
