Enjoy the warm weather while it lasts because snow returns late Sunday. We have the highest confidence in at least 6″ in the PA and WV ridges, so we’ve issued a Winter Storm Watch there, while much less is expected outside of those higher elevations. With warm ground temperatures in the green area, snow may have a hard time accumulating there.
