The Indiana Area school board will meet on Monday night at 7:30, following a work session of the Academic/Extra Curricular/Policy & Personnel Committee.
Among the actions of the full board will be the posting or hiring of summer school staff, a number of personnel items, approval of ten new district policies, the naming of a developer for the proposed solar project, and the approval of a “Four-Point Plan” for addressing the district’s budget deficit and competing the next fiscal budget by June 30th.
Purchase Line’s board will deal with personnel and policy decision on Monday night. There are also a number of motions for school trips, technology upgrades, the approval of the audit of the school year ending last June, and the ARIN Intermediate Unit’s $4 million budget, for which Purchase Line’s share is $26,674.
United’s board meets on Tuesday, Penns Manor’s on Wednesday.
The Board of Governors of the State System of Higher Education is scheduled to meet on Thursday.
