White Township’s Planning Commission got a first look yesterday at plans for a new housing development near the former Rustic Lodge property.
At the agenda meeting Tuesday morning, Supervisors took a look at the final major subdivision plans from Castleford Partners LLC, which would run in the 600 block of Rustic Lodge Road. Township manager Chris Anderson said that the 30 ranch-style building development on the former Indian Springs Mulch Property will be one of the biggest housing developments in the last few years.
No word yet if it will be single-family dwellings or apartments.
They are working on some issues in regard to comments made on stormwater concerns. The plan will be up for formal approval at a meeting next Tuesday at 6:30 PM.
