A Punxsutawney man is being held in the Jefferson County Jail after allegedly confessing to molesting a young girl 15 to 20 times over several years.
WJAC News reports, 36-year-old James States admitted to the assaults, which reportedly began when the victim was 11 or 12, at a residence in Young Township.
States faces multiple felony charges, including aggravated indecent assault of a child and corruption of minors, with bail set at $80,000
