Police say a man arrested this past weekend on charges connected to a deadly Hempfield hit-and-run was found hiding under insulation in the attic of a Jeannette home.
Investigators say that William Sever was driving his roommate’s Kia on the night of July 31st when he hit 19-year-old Jayden Lynch. Sever was driving on a suspended license — having lost his driving privileges on a previous DUI conviction.
Sever was arraigned on Monday.
