IUP Baseball has been picked to finish third in the PSAC West in the preseason coaches poll. Coach Steve Kline’s Crimson Hawks finished third in the West last year and return first-team All-PSAC choice outfielder Elijah Dunn and second-teamer outfielder/catcher Ricardo Aponte. IUP opens the 2026 season Feb. 21 in Fairfax, Va., against Jefferson.
IUP Softball is picked to finish second in the PSAC West. Shawna Bellaud’s Crimson Hawks finished fourth last season. Top returnees include former Ligonier Valley star Maddie Griffin, an All-PSAC West first team outfielder, and pitcher Kendall Young, a two-time All-PSAC West second-teamer.
