Authorities are investigating alleged evidence of dog fighting at a home in Aliquippa.
Police say this is the same property where nearly two dozen abused and neglected dogs were rescued during this week’s winter storm. Beaver County District Attorney Nate Bible says police uncovered a dog fighting pit in the basement of the house and found medications that are often associated with dog fighting.
Detectives are still looking into the case.
