PennDOT crews are working around the clock to clear the roads after yesterday’s winter storm.
The department says it has deployed 200 plow trucks across the Commonwealth, with drivers taking 12-hour shifts removing snow. PennDOT says those shifts will continue until all the roads are clear.
Officials are asking residents to stay home today if possible to give crews as much room as they need.
