IUP’s Dallis Dillard has been named to the Bevo Francis Award Watch List. The redshirt senior, returning from a nearly two-year absence due to a knee injury, he is the only player in the nation averaging at least 20 points, five rebounds, five assists, and three steals per game.
The watch list for the top player in small college basketball will be narrowed to 50 players in February, followed by a top 25 list in March and the finalists announced in April. The award winner will be announced in early April.
