Charges are being filed in connection with a 2025 vehicle collision in Westmoreland County that claimed a woman’s life.
Sixty-year-old Rene Davis was driving a school bus when she was hit near Route 22 and Route 819. Authorities say that Isaac Stemple was speeding and failed to stop at a red light when he caused the accident.
Stemple is being charged with homicide by vehicle.
