Westmoreland County jurors will hear closing arguments today in the trial of two Monessen parents.
Jerimiah Roberts and Felicia Dugan each face two counts of child endangerment in a case involving their two-year-old twins.
Police performing a welfare check at the couple’s home in 2024 say they found the children naked and trapped in a bedroom that was covered in dirt, feces and trash.
